  • You can return any item for a refund/exchange within 30 days from your order receipt.(Our address:32 seaton street, BD3 9DP Bradford,England)
  • We will refund the price you paid for your item, back to your original payment method (we do not refund your shipping charge or gift wrapping charge).
  • All products must be returned undamaged with no signs of wear in the original packaging - if not your return will be refused and sent back to you.
  • You can exchange an item for another item of the same price or less. If you want to exchange your item for a cheaper item we will refund you the difference.
